E-Verify Participation
The California Teaching Fellows Foundation participates in E-Verify to ensure a legal and compliant hiring process. E-Verify is a secure, internet-based system that compares information from an employee’s Form I-9 with records from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA) to confirm employment eligibility.
All employees are provided with the E-Verify Participation Poster and the Right to Work Poster, which outline employee rights, responsibilities, and next steps in the event of a mismatch. These posters can be found below.
